There are two ways to pay for your reservation.
You may either pay online using PayPal or print this page and send with a check.

On-line reservations must be submitted by Tuesday of the week prior to our program.

Mail-in reservation form - with check - must be postmarked by Friday, 12 days prior to our program.

Your reservation cannot be guaranteed if these conditions are not met. NO LATE RESERVATIONS ACCEPTED! Due to reservation restrictions, no walk-ins will be permitted the night of the event.
