Happier From the Inside Out!

Does your life serve you, or others? Do the ways you spend your time, money, and energy reflect what truly matters to you? How full is your own well these days...and do you know how to fill it? On September 5, certified Life and Career Coach Kim Childs will fuse her expertise in Positive Psychology and The Artist's Way: A Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity, to help you identify small tweaks you can make to your existing life to make it more personally satisfying and fulfilling for the person you see in the mirror each day. She'll also encourage you to identify some bigger dreams and desires, and explore road maps for getting there. 

Kim has decades of experience following her heart and desires - from reporting the news to teaching yoga and coaching; from being an avid reader and music lover to being a published writer and soloist; and from dreaming of travel to visiting magical places from Alaska to Zimbabwe...sometimes for free! She's helped hundreds of students and clients to name, own and go for their own dreams, too, while creating more enriching and soul-serving daily lives in the meantime. This talk will be experiential and interactive, so come prepared to play along, and leave with a plan that inspires you from the inside out!

Kim Childs is a certified life and career coach specializing in Positive Psychology (aka the “science of happiness”), creativity, spiritual living and midlife transitions. She’s also a former public radio reporter and newscaster, and a Kripalu yoga teacher who’s been leading Boston-area workshops on Positive Psychology and The Artist's Way: A Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity since 2002.
